Why Do Foriegners Get Everything?!

Have you noticed that when it comes to games, we usually get everything at least first, but when it comes to merchandise or any form of extra media, we get everything late or dont get it at all??

Take this for example:

Pretty awesome, huh? But where is it sold? EXCLUSIVELY IN SPAIN!!!

Where is it sold? SOMEWHERE IN EUROPE!!
